                            汽车4S店销售内勤工作实践报告

                              摘    要: 经济的快速发展, 人们生活节奏加快, 导致人们对出行方式的方便快捷和代步工具的舒适性等要求也越来越高。传统的自行车等交通工具已经不能满足人们的需求, 人们开始追求更高质量的生活方式, 而汽车作为新型的代步工具, 开始成为了现代社会不可替代的重要交通工具, 越来越多的消费者也希望拥有自己的汽车。面对日益增大的消费人群, 汽车4S店的销量也越来越多, 不仅要求汽车销售人员的综合素质能力提高, 还对销售内勤岗位提出了挑战。销售内勤沟通着领导、销售顾问和顾客三者之间的联系。本文着重讲述销售内勤在汽车4S店工作过程中遇到的问题和改进策略, 帮助销售内勤更高的实现价值, 为公司创造收益。
