                        摘    要: 作为基层医疗服务机构的提供者——乡镇卫生院,其配置的合理性和科学性直接关系到基层医疗卫生机构的服务能力和水平。但现实是,乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员的数量不足和配置的不合理正影响着基层医疗机构的服务水平和能力。
